Friday, April 03, 2009 BASF Sponsors Study on APD Issues
 BASF announced that it is sponsoring a study that will allow insurers from the U.S. to provide their perspective on auto physical damage (APD) issues related to the collision repair industry in their country. Called Finding Common Ground: A Claims Perspective, it will not focus on DRP alone, as many claims are processed and repaired outside the DRP environment. Square One Systems and Condon Consulting have been chosen to carry out the study. (FC)
