Friday, September 24, 2010 Yokohama Joins Forces with CODE ZERO
Yokohama joined forces with CODE ZERO for unique driver safety training. CODE ZERO, an innovative advanced driving course with its roots in police training and an objective of zero crashes and collisions on Canada's roads, will now equip its vehicles with Yokohama tires through a partnership with Yokohama Canada, the company has announced.
Yokohama will become the exclusive tire supplier for CODE ZERO Licensing International Inc., the operating company of the program. CODE ZERO is based on the highly-regarded police recruit driving program. It has been offered to the public in British Columbia since 2007 by the Justice Institute of British Columbia and is rapidly expanding through franchises across the country.
