Tuesday, April 05, 2011 Toyo Introduces Proxes T1 Sport and T1 Sport SUV
 Toyo Tire Canada Inc. announced yesterday the release of their new ultra-high performance summer tires, the Proxes T1 Sport for sport coupes and sedans, and the Proxes T1 Sport SUV for sport utility vehicles. They are designed for exceptional handling in both wet and dry conditions.
The Proxes T1 Sport and Proxes T1 Sport SUV have an asymmetric tread design for excellent cornering and braking performance. They feature a rib-based pattern for improved braking, with a wide outside rib for responsive steering and enhanced grip levels. To ensure precise handling and stability at higher speeds, the tread design includes a wide centre rib. Three wide grooves ensure better water evacuation and improved control in wet conditions
The Proxes T1 Sport will be available in 60 sizes, ranging from 16”-20” fitments in Y and W speed ratings. The Proxes T1 Sport SUV has 13 sizes from 17”-20” fitments with V, W, and Y speed ratings. Both tires have a UTQG racing of 240 AAA, and will be available in the Canadian market starting April 2011.
