Monday, December 13, 2010 Toyo completes Silverstone acquisition
 Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd. has completed the acquisition of all shares in Malaysia-based tire maker Silverstone Berhad.
Toyo said it acquired 203.9 million shares and that the purchase will have a negligible effect on its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.
Silverstone employs approximately 1,400.
