 The price hike for raw materials and energy costs have caused many manufacturers to increase the prices of their products.
Bridgestone will raise the price of Bridgestone, Firestone and related brands by close to
6% on June 1.
Nankang Rubber Tire Corp. Ltd., distributed in North America by Tireco Inc., will increase the price of all tires available in North America by 6% to 8% on April 20.
Continental Tire the Americas, LLC will increase the price of their tires by 6% on June 1.
Goodyear’s prices on commercial truck tires will go up by 8% on May 1.
Falken will increase prices on passenger and light truck/SUV tires by up to 6% and its medium truck tire lines by up to 4%, both effective June 1.
