Monday, October 12, 2009 The Marangoni Group Changes Its Organization
 Italian Marangoni Group has adopted a business strategy that involves the merger of Marangoni SpA and Marangoni Tread SpA in order to strengthen the group with a greater focus on retreading. Consequently, Marangoni SpA will shift from being a holding company to a parent company with an industrial function and will directly manage many retreading businesses. The headquarters in Rovereto, Italy, will also manage the Group’s foreign businesses such as Marangoni Tread North America, Marangoni Tread Latino America, and Ellerbrock GmbH. (ED)
