Monday, June 22, 2009 SEMA Will Target Tire and Wheel Buyers at Its Show
Every fall, the Speciality Equipment Market Association (SEMA) holds its spectacular annual show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Last year, SEMA identified 11,000-plus attendees as tire, wheel, and equipment buyers. For its upcoming 2009 show to be held from November 3 to 5, the Association will try to attract ever more of that specific crowd through email, direct mail, and full-page colour ads. The tire and wheel demographic is one of eight buyer segments SEMA will be targeting among which are light truck equipment, hot rods and restoration, racing and performance, paint, body, sports utility vehicles restyling, and more. The attendance for the last four shows was between 50,000 to 60,000. (ED)
