Nova Scotia Dealer Buys Shares in Tirecraft

Nova Scotia dealer Miller Tire has just bought a 25% stake in Tirecraft Canada. Miller thus becomes the exclusive marketer of the Tirecraft name in the province. What’s more, the deal also gives the Darmouth-based company with some 10 locations access to tire brands that were either not available or difficult to get in that part of the country. Tirecraft Canada is the new version of the older Tirecraft Group that closed in 2008. Former members revived the name and have, up to now, built a close to 100 Tirecraft-branded store organisation across Canada. (ED)
