New Tire Rack Plant to open in Montreal

Martins Industries, manufacturer of tire storage, handling and display systems, has opened a new 42,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and warehouse in Montreal. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with CNC and automated press brake, cutting saw, robotic welding machines.

Martins said the move from its former plant in St-Alexander, Quebec, was necessitated by the need for more space, and will allow the company to triple production. The production capacity will range from 20 to 200 units a day according to the complexity of the tire racks or tire displays. Martins Industries is holding a grand opening of the new facility on July 6.
