 Toyo’s Proxes TQ is a street legal drag radial designed specifically for high-horsepower muscle cars and street machines to deliver power to the track, the company reports. Featuring a dual-purpose low-void asymmetric tread design, it has a semi-slick inner area to improve traction. On the street, a variable pitch outer area of the tread reduces pattern noise. Combined with the company’s Tmode design technology, drag radial tread compound and special drag-race radial construction, the tire delivers a smooth, quiet ride on the street and quicker 60-foot times at the track.
