Michelin Primacy MXM4

New from Michelin, the Primacy MXM4 luxury performance tire boasts a compound made from sunflower oil -- the same oil used in cooking.  Developed for the premium performance market, the Primacy MXM4's patented Helio Compound technology adapts to a wide range of temperatures, providing safe and secure grip in snow and rain, without sacrificing handling and performance while dry.  This results in wet stopping distances that are at least 19 feet shorter than the closest competitor. The new tire, already released as original equipment on some premium vehicles, also features Variable Thickness sipes -- which lock together to provide strength when precise handling is required.

On sale to the public this July, the Primacy MXM4 will be available in 20 sizes, with more to follow.
