Kal Tires Restructures Its Management

British Columbia’s Kal Tire announced that it has recently reorganized its senior management team. By doing so, several staff members were promoted to new positions. Tim Foord, who founded the company, is now the company chairman emeritus and Ken Finch, who was president of the company for the past five years, will leave that post to take the post of chairman of the board, thus succeeding to Tim Foord. Robert Foord, then senior vice-president, Mining Tire Group, will thus become the president. Bob Wallis is taking over Robert Foord’s post and Ken Chaun will become the new senior vice president, finance and CFO, by replacing Bob Wallis. (ED)
