Wednesday, July 13, 2011 Himalaya WS2 Winter Tires on Their Way
 Federal Tires is pleased to announced that it has shipped to Canada Himalaya WS2 winter tire for the first time from its China factory. Six key sizes of 175/65R15, 195/65R15, 215/60R16, 205/55R16, 215/65R16 and 215/45R17 were shipped. They will be arriving to its warehouse distributor, Uniwell Corporation, by the end of July.
Located in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Uniwell has, according to Federal, many years of experience in tire business to serve the needs of the independent tire dealer across the local market of Canada. Federal Tires and Uniwell Corporation aligned partnership four years ago in 2007. The monthly export volume of Himalaya WS2 segment has been much greater than expected, and is continuing to lead to further sales.
According to Federal, tests have verified that the Himalaya WS2 demonstrated outstanding performance that far exceeds the requirements of the North American Rubber Manufacturer's SSS rating (Severe Snow Service).
