Thursday, April 22, 2010 Goodyear Tires and Alcoa Wheels For The New Cruze Eco
 The new Chevrolet Cruze Eco for 2011, soon to be available in the fall of 2010, will be fitted with 215/55R17 Goodyear tires and 17’’ Alcoa forged aluminum wheels.
Alcoa states that the 17’’ wheels selected by GM are 20% lighter than regular aluminum wheels, thus contributing to reduce the weight of the vehicle, fuel consumption as well as improve driving performance. This agreement between GM and Alcoa with regard to the Cruze Eco is in effect for numerous years to come.
