Friday, December 04, 2009 Goodyear Fuel Max Added as OE Fitment for Prius
 Goodyear’s Assurance Fuel Max has been chosen by Toyota North America as standard OE fitment on the 2010 Toyota Prius Hybrid. The Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max will be offered alongside the already available Bridgestone Ecopia and Yokohama Avid. The standard fitment is P195/65R15. This is not the only tire chosen by Toyota for its made-in-Japan Prius. On the premium V model, Toyota also offers the all-season Toyo Proxes A20, Bridgestone Turanza, and Michelin Pilot, but in P215/45R17. Goodyear’s Assurance Fuel Max can also be found as a standard tire on the Ford Fusion S 2010 and it will be on the upcoming 2011 Chevrolet Volt. (ED)
