 American tire manufacturer Goodyear has just released a completely new tire, the Assurance ComforTred Touring. Obviously, this is not a refreshed product but an all-new titre that includes a new asymmetrical tread pattern, a new construction, a new mold shape and a new sidewall design. Goodyear’s new Touring tire comes at the right time since this type of tire accounts for more than 25 percent of the industry volume nowadays compared to just 8 percent in 2004. Already available in 34 sizes, the new Assurance ComforTred Touring comes with T, H and V speed ratings for 15- to 18-inch wheels.
