 The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has announced a major change for the 2010 SEMA show in Las Vegas. The Tires, Wheels & Equipment Section has been eliminated, replaced with the new Global Tire Expo – Powered by TIA.
The Expo will be open only to exhibits by the tire industry, including automotive and commercial tire dealers, retreaders and recyclers, and will have its own branding, entrance units, and colour scheme. Tire manufacturers’ booths will be placed prominently in the centre. In addition, a TIA representative will have a permanent seat on the SEMA Show Committee, as well as on the Tire & Wheel Council.
