Tuesday, October 05, 2010 Ford Provides Winter Tires and Wheels.
 Ford of Canada announced, Monday, October 4th, it will provide, at no extra charge, a winter tire and wheels set with the purchase of select Ford models.
As stated in their official release, “Ford of Canada dealerships are helping Canadians get ready for winter with the No Extra Charge Winter Safety Package. With the purchase or lease of any new 2010 or 2011 Ford Focus, Fusion, Escape or the all-new 2011 Ford Fiesta, receive the No Extra Charge Winter Safety Package which includes four select brand name winter tires, four winter rims and the appropriate pressure monitoring system.
The No Extra Charge Winter Safety Package, part of the Right Here Right Now Event, began October 1st, 2010.
