Continental Introduces a New Motor Coach Tire



Continental Tire the Americas, LLC revealed a new premium steer and all-position tire for long distance motors coaches, the HSL1 Coach—HSL stands for Heavy Steer Long Haul. The new tire was launched at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Continental’s “Untamed Innovation Tour” mobile exhibit. Continental claims that its new HSL1 Coach offers a quiet ride and a low rolling resistance compound combined to a special tread designs to provide excellent fuel economy. Technically speaking, the HSL1 Coach has a tread depth of 19/32 inches and a five rib tread pattern and it will be available in April in size 315/80R22.5, load range L. (ED)
