Amerityre Announces Important Engineering Breakthrough

Amerityre Corporation, a leading polyurethane run-flat tire manufacturer has developed a new, high-performance, innovative formula for the industrial material used on forklift tires. Based on Kryeon urethane, the new material is designed to withstand heavy lifting loads.

Amerityre is aiming at a $270 million market share in North America over the next few years, a major target to say the least, considering that the global market for industrial tires is estimated to be around $1 billion.

Tim Ryan, Amerityre’s new President, stated “This is just the latest innovation in the 100 year-history of the forklift tire industry. Right now our market is ready for a more efficient product, one that is quite an improvement over the rubber tire selection currently available.’’

To start, Amerityre will offer about 30 of the more popular sizes and will expand the product line over the next 18 months or so.
