Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI) announced the first 21 Nissan Commercial Vehicle Retailers, certified to sell the Nissan Commercial Vehicle range across Canada including the NV full-size commercial van and future additions to the commercial vehicle line-up.
Fleet Digest was visiting one of the yesterday, april 6th. Because of the unique sales and service requirements for the Nissan NV, available in both standard and high-roof models, a rigorous selection process was employed by Nissan Canada to screen interested franchise applicants. Each certified Nissan Commercial Vehicle Retailer has a dealership facility that has the ability to service the NV High Roof model in a service bay, and offer dedicated parking for commercial customers. In line with the service standards, all NV retailers will offer priority service with "first available service bay" and "first available technician" standards for commercial vehicles, in order to ensure minimal off-road time for businesses.
Nissan Commercial Vehicle Retailers also have a dedicated sales consultant who received intensive specialized sales and process training, and ready to offer expert advice to businesses on their commercial vehicle needs. But as Fleet Digest was visiting Ile Perrot Nissan, we learned that their specialised representative just left the company on that same morning, so, Mélanie Allard, General Manager, was looking for another candidate to fill the place.
