Subaru Canada Inc. (SCI) announced today the addition of two new Forester models: the Forester 2.5X and the Forester PZEV (both with the Outdoors Option) as well as the Forester 2.5X Sport-Tech.

In addition to the regular Forester 2.5X and Forester PZEV characteristics – both generously equipped with standard equipment- the following accessories are added to the new Outdoor package:

- Aerodynamic crossbar set
- Trailer hitch
- Cargo area tray and anti-slip mat
- Retractable cargo area cover
- Bumper rear step pad

The new Sport-Tech version has the same accessories than the Forester with the Tourism package plus the following elements:

- 17-inch alloy wheels
- Pioneer AVIC in-dash navigation/audio system with:
                           - Detachable touchscreen
                           - 12 million points of interest
                           - Listing of all Subaru dealers on an SD card
                           - iPod/USB audio integration system with text display
                           - Bluetooth hands free system
