Nissan Canada announced the appointment of Allan Smerek as director, Aftersales and Quality Assurance. Smerek was previously director, Infiniti Dealer Operations, position which will now be held by Wendy Durward, former director, Marketing Communications. Smerek will be responsible for aftersales operations, parts, service, quality assurance, and the parts distribution centres. As for Durward, she will be in charge of the Infiniti Division management. www.nissan.ca
