 With the official opening of new facilities on Park Avenue Infiniti, Canadians who value performance and luxury cars have an even more pleasant way to choose their new vehicle. Launched in Japan in 2006, the t IREDI - Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative – concept is a global program that brings the customer relationship to a whole new level, ensuring that all Infiniti dealers across the world offer a luxury service never equalled.
The IREDI concept is a standard-based client that offers an inspiring and unforgettable experience. The finished product is equally impressive.
Once inside, you discover a design that approaches that of a more luxurious hotel than that of a car dealership. There are few posters, a lounge is set up with style to help guests relax, wood accents and a special lighting designed to highlight the beauty of our collection of art - the Infiniti range.
 Now part of the six Canadian IREDI dealers, Park Avenue Infiniti Brossard offers unparalleled customer experience over 17,000 square feet. From the service side, the new facilities now have eight bays all equipped with Infiniti’s advanced technology so that regular maintenance becomes an experience more enjoyable.
Five other Infiniti dealers in Canada have also completed their conversion to the IREDI concept: Infiniti Laval in Montreal’s metropolitan area, Ericksen Infiniti in Edmonton, Markham Infiniti and Downtown Infiniti inToronto and Hyatt Infiniti in Calgary.
