New Variants of the Cruze Revealed in New York

Chevrolet’s Cruze is not yet sold at large in North America that already, Chevy presented two new variants of the car at the New York Auto Show. The first one is the sporty RS version, the second is the Eco version, a very fuel efficient car that is also powered by a turbocharged 1.4-litre Ecotec four cylinder engine with variable valve timing developing some 138 horsepower. The RS version will be available with the pricier LT and LTZ trim levels. What makes the Eco more economical is a different axle ratio and unique body claddings. (ED)
