Kia Canada Inc. Appoints New President and CEO



Today, Kia Canada Inc. announced Mr. William (K. Y.) Lee as its new President and CEO. Effective immediately, Mr. Lee will replace Mr. Jay Chung, who held the post for four years. Mr. Chung has been promoted to another position at Kia Motors Corporation in Korea.

With 20 years experience, 18 of which involved overseas operations, Mr. Lee is now taking over the reins of the company. In 2002, he launched and oversaw Kia Belgium under the tutelage of the Dutch distributor. Mr. Lee also has much experience in other Western European, Middle-Eastern and African markets as a Team Leader for exports.
