GE Capital Fleet Services Awarded

GE Capital Fleet Services recently announced it has been awarded the Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) for the 11th year. This award is given to businesses that showcase highly qualified repair facilities and commitment to excellent services. Recipients are required to maintain a staff certification level of at least 75 percent.

GE’s technical advisors have passed one or more of ASE's 40-plus stringent repair industry-developed exams, and have met requirements of relevant work experience. GE Capital Fleet Services holds ASE certification in all areas of maintenance for cars and trucks, providing customers with best-in-class customer service founded on advisors’ technical expertise and years of industry experience in meeting customer needs and maintaining their fleets.

In addition to ASE-certified advisors, GE Capital Fleet Services’ maintenance team includes certified Master Automobile Technicians and Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technicians. The elite Automobile Master certification consists of eight tests and the Medium/Heavy Truck series contains six tests. Master certification requires passing all tests within the test series. To maintain ASE and Master certification, advisors must be retested every five years.
