Thursday, February 26, 2009 Ford Gets Government Aid for Battery Development
 The Ford Motor Company has recently received $55 million from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) in order to accelerate the development of batteries and electrified vehicles. This incentive will show as refundable tax credits. With this strategy, Ford plans to unveil quite a few electrified vehicles as of 2012. (ED)
