Ford Edge Talks to Consumers

With MyFord Touch, Ford inroduces a simpler, smarter way to connect drivers with their vehicles. The 2011 Ford Edge with MyFord Touch lets them make use of about 10,000 voice commands; call up a song, tell the vehicle "I’m hungry" or ask the vehicle to "make it warmer"… all while keeping their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. Ford is spreading the word with new interactive, storefront-sized digital ads.

The ad alternates between an image of the Ford Edge and red lips, along with an invitation for pedestrians to stop and touch the screen, the game begins. The player is challenged to "catch" as many commands as they can in a limited amount of time.
