Starting with the April 2009 issue, Publications Rousseau’s English fleet magazine is being rebranded as fleetdigest, Canadian Professional Fleet Management.
Publications Rousseau had invited 25 automotive leaders, essentially in the fleet industry, to choose between five great brands it came up with internally. The choice of the fleet industry for the fleetdigest brand was almost unanimous.
The brand change has been decided for strategic reasons.
Changing the brand again might initially appear awkward, but Publisher Rémy Rousseau felt that “being transparent and having the industry choose a new brand would be the way to go.”
“No generic brand… just a more critical and crisper mission-oriented brand and short masthead,” said Rousseau.
A new brand and masthead, but the same publisher. The same knowledgeable and dedicated team, same great content, same extensive coverage, same great graphics, same specialized distribution, same targeted fleet audiences, same and only Canadian fleet CCAB-audited magazine as well as the same leading partners, sponsors, and advertisers.
