Thursday, January 12, 2012 Fleet Industry Vet Ted Davis Joins ARI
 ARI recently announced that Ted Davis has joined the organization as its U.S. Call Center Department Head. Davis has more than 12 years of industry experience and brings proven leadership to ARI's largest department.
"We're thrilled to have Ted join the ARI family," said Bob White, Senior Vice President of Fleet Services. "His background in leasing, logistics and operations will be a huge asset to our call centers and ARI as a whole. We are confident that Ted's expertise will further enhance our ability to deliver the industry's highest level of service to our clients."
In his new role as Call Center Department Head, Davis will be responsible for directing operations and managing more than 300 ASE technicians at ARI's three U.S. Call Centers in Maple Shade, New Jersey; Grapevine, Texas; and Houston, Texas. The primary role of these centers is to field calls in support of ARI's customers' fleet vehicles. These 24x7 Call Centers manage repairs, breakdowns, accident response, preventative maintenance and other driver needs.
