Conquest’s Knight XV Featured on Discovery HD (Canada)

The fully-armoured Knight XV, an ultra-luxurious hand-built utility SUV manufactured by Toronto’s Conquest Vehicles, was featured on Discovery HD (Canada)’s new series, World’s Most Expensive Rides. First seen at SEMA in 2008, the $489,000 Knight XV has attracted the attention of rich individuals, professional athletes, government officials, and heads of corporations. The Knight XV is based on the military Gurkha but with much more luxury added. Its chassis is based on a Ford product, as the vehicle is powered by an E85 capable, 400-hp 6.8-litre V10 engine. It weighs some 4,545 kilos. (ED)
