Buick Unveils a Regal GS Show Car

GM’s Buick division has unveiled pictures of its Regal GS concept car to be shown at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. This sporty sedan is powered by an estimated 255 horsepower, 295-lb-ft of torque turbocharged four-cylinder 2.0-litre Ecotec engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission and advanced, adaptive all-wheel-drive system. The car is based on a Regal CXL compact car that will be offered later this year. The new Regal itself will be based upon the award-winning Opel Insignia. (ED)
