 Avis Rent A Car has been selected by Texas Instruments (TI) as a 2010 Supplier Excellence Award recipient in recognition of the Company's dedication and commitment to supplying products and services that meet TI's high standard for excellence. Avis was among 16 award recipients selected from TI's worldwide supplier base of more than 12,000 companies. TI's Supplier Excellence Award winners are chosen for their exemplary performance in the areas of "cost, environmental responsibility, technology, responsiveness, assurance of supply and quality."
