ARI Canada Introduces New Technical Contact Center

Earlier this week, Automotive Resources International (ARI) Canada officially launched its new Technical Contact Center at its Mississauga headquarters. With 65 licensed technicians and analysts, the center will provide bilingual fleet support 24 hours a day and will be open year-round. Officials said the facility utilizes state-of-the-art call-centre software, which can measure historical data, allowing ARI Canada to predict future call volume and create staffing schedules. It also includes an on-site training centre for regular ASE training and certification programs. The Technical Contact Center is the latest enhancement to ARI Canada's recently upgraded and expanded headquarters. (LB)
