4 million for Toyota

Toyota Canada reached a whole new level at the end of September 2010. The automaker manufactured its 4 millionth vehicle in its Cambridge, Ontario plant, which builds all Corolla cars sold in Canada.

It took Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada 22 years to produce its 4 millionth vehicle.

The Ontario plant can now manufacture up to 500,000 vehicles a year. Some of the vehicles built by the Cambridge plant include the Toyota Corolla, the Toyota Matrix, the Toyota RAV4 and the Lexus RX.
