Michel Brûlé

Guy Girard

André Roberge

Michel Brûlé, originally from the Outaouais region, was inspired by his father, a mechanic, to make a career for himself in the tire industry. He occupied management positions in Firestone branches throughout Quebec and Ontario before becoming the Sales Manager for the truck division of the company. He then pursued his career by becoming the Manager of Commercial Products – Eastern Canada. Before retiring from his 40-year career at the service of Bridgestone’s Agricultural and Forestry Tire division, he took an executive position at CTR, in Quebec City.

Guy Girard was first trained at Michelin as Warehouse Manager. His management skills allowed him to move up the ranks, winning him important positions in Toronto, first on the regional, and then on the national scale. Following this, he was promoted as the Distribution and Logistics Manager for the United States.

In 1993, Guy purchased Pneus St-Constant. There, he successfully implemented an expansion strategy. His involvement in the industry is remarkable: at Auto Prévention, he also presided over Parity committees and the ASPMQ.

André Roberge has been working in the tire industry for over 45 years. From modest beginnings, this industry trailblazer began learning his trade in 1960, thereafter becoming Sales Director and Production Manager at Métivier. He further pursued his career at CTR, in Quebec City, as the company’s Marketing Director. He then became CEO at Rechapage 2000, in the Beauce region. André also helped establish Quebec’s OK Pneu franchise in the mid-1990s.
